Receive Your Card
Our office submits all of your necessary paperwork to the Department of Health Services (AZDHS) at no additional cost to you. Our clinic has one of the highest approval rates in the entire state. AZDHS will e-mail your medical card directly to you shortly after processing your application.
Visit A Dispensary
Once you receive your card, you’re now able to shop for medical cannabis. State licensed dispensaries are the safe and legal way to obtain medical marijuana. While you are free to choose any dispensary you’d like, we are conveniently located next door to The Greenhouse Dispensary.
